Shewer; Harald Quandt Holdings GmbH; MD Sass Investors Services; the Burda Family Trust; and BHF Immobilien, GmbH. Since inception, Real Estate Capital Partners has invested $3.6 billion in U.S. real estate. Investments have consisted of existing and to-be-built residential properties, office buildings and high-end retail properties. The company currently has offices in New York City; Dallas, Texas; and suburban Washington, D.C.      Real Estate Capital Partners offers a full range of real estate investment advisory services. Investors can invest into a partnership structure with a diversified group of investments in multiple locations and a targeted investment strategy, and/or a separate account can be developed to meet the individual investor’s parameters. The firm reports to investors on a quarterly basis and oversees the annual audits and U.S. tax compliance for each investment.
