he Bowen Building is a joint venture consisting of The Kaempfer Company and Real Estate Capital Partners of New York. Originally built in the 1920s, The Bowen Building is being redevelope into a modern first-class office building. Designed by Hartman-Cox Architects, the new 220,000 square foot building incorporates the existing facades, which will be retained and restored. Currently under construction, the new Bowen Building will deliver in late 2004.     West elevation along 15th Street
