 he Bowen Building is a joint venture consisting
of The Kaempfer Company and Real Estate Capital Partners of New
York. Originally built in the 1920s, The Bowen Building is being
redeveloped into a modern first-class office
building. Designed by Hartman-Cox Architects, the new 220,000 square
foot building incorporates the existing facades, which will be
retained and restored.
Currently under construction, the new Bowen
Building will deliver in late 2004. |
